In the language of light, her name already tells a story.
Isha (אִשָּׁה) : femininity, woman in Hebrew.
Elif (أ) : associated with the first letter of the Arabic alphabet: slender, vertical, a welcome into the light.
And this is how she walks: like an arrival.
[ EN ]Isha Elif is part of a new generation of trans women in Mexico redefining what presence means on the runway. Rooted in ballroom, where performance meets identity, her walk carries a precision that borders on danger. Her runway is not just strong, it’s nasty in the most iconic sense. And when her red hair is pulled into a ponytail, it cuts through the air like a whip of pure attitude.A member of the Iconic House of Ninja and mother of the Kiki House of Ubetta in Mexico, Isha has built her place in ballroom with discipline and vision. Winner of European Runway of the Year at the 2023 Ballroom Awards and recognized as one of the strongest runways in the country, she embodies a category that demands not only beauty, but control, narrative, and truth.
Her experience as a trans woman in Mexico has been complex, but she speaks of it with clarity rather than victimhood. What remains is a life built on her own terms: free, intentional, and fully inhabited.Isha Elif does not simply walk toward the light.

Isha (אִשָּׁה) — feminidad, mujer en hebreo.
Elif (أ) — asociada a la primera letra del alfabeto árabe: esbelta, vertical, bienvenida a la luz.

Desde el ballroom, donde la performance se cruza con la identidad, su caminar tiene una precisión que roza lo peligroso. Su runway no es solo fuerte, es nasty en el sentido más icónico. Y cuando su cabellera roja se recoge en una coleta, corta el aire como un latigazo de pura actitud.Miembro de la Iconic House of Ninja y madre de la Kiki House of Ubetta en México, Isha ha construido su lugar en el ballroom con disciplina y visión. Ganadora del European Runway of the Year en los Ballroom Awards 2023 y reconocida como uno de los mejores runways del país, encarna una categoría que exige no solo belleza, sino control, narrativa y verdad.
